Eye

opening beat:
:two black candles, in a pitch black room are buring side by side.  they
are 
both the same except one is shorter than the other.  the taller candle is

blown out.  smoke winds about the shorter candle

i lie, i wait, i stop, i hesitate:
:a young girl about 9 or 10 is carrying a black candle [new, not lit] in
a 
funeral service [you tell 'cause everything is black].  she stops halfway

down the isle to the hole in the ground, hesitates, she sets the candle 
down

i am, i breathe, i meant, i think of me:
:the girl breathes on the candle, it lights.  she looks to the left
[camera 
pans over to where she is looking] and a new born baby is wrapped in
white 
[only other color besides black] cloths in the coffin

is it any wonder i can't sleep:
:the baby crying

all i have is what you gave to me:
:the girl placing a gold chain with a black pearl on it around the baby's

neck

is it any wonder i found peace:
:he stops crying

through you:
:people stand, amased

turn to the gates of heaven:
:the girl holding the baby wrapped in a blanket with the necklace on in a

church

to myself being damned:
:she seems ashamed, she hangs her head low

turn away from eye:
:a preacher appears.  she turns away, looking for a door.  there isn't
one

it's not enough:
:the girl in confession.  her profile and you see parts of the preacher 
through the screen

just a touch:
:the girl being Baptised

it's not enough:
:the girl infront of the congregation

just to touch:
:the girl being saved

i tase i love i come i bleed enough:
:the boy is now grown [you know it's him by the necklace] he's about 30
or 
33 [;) he he], with a new wife, they are looking for a house, or
something, 
it doesn't matter what.

i hate i lie i was i want too much:
:the boy and his wife are in a fight. he still wears the necklace, she 
points at it likes the fight is it's fault.  he leaves very angry.

is it any wonder i can't sleep:
:the girl at the funeral site [there aren't any people though] hooding
the 
burning candle [about halfway throughh] looking at it blankly

all i have is all you gave to me:
:the boy holding the necklace on a pier on the ocean looking out

is it any wonder i found peach through you:
:he throws the necklace out to the water, like it will bring his wife
back

turn to the gates of heaven to myself being damned:
:the girl, she looks up startled like she knows what he did.  now she is 
looking at the flame really sad like

turn away from eye:
:back to the pier you see the boy as he falls to the ground in agony

it's not enough just a touch x's 6:
:each time you hear 'it's not enough, just a touch' yo see a different
stage 
in the boys life:  infancy, boyhood, adolecence, getting married, growing

old, dieing

ending music:
:you see him die and the girl bowing out the candle in random flashes
back 
and forth.  the last seen is the girl blowing out his candle.  it is set 
beside the other one from the beginning.  it grew out and they are now
the 
same size.  you realize that she gave his life by lighting the candle
when 
the other one blew out.  he threw out what she had given him and when he
did 
this she blew out his candle, killing him.
