Setting: There is a girl in her 20's driving on a long stretch of highway (if
you've ever been to colorado, just like c470). one side of the highway are
mountains and the other side there's two lakes and fields. the girls been
crying.

Intro-screeching: girl driving home in pouring rain in a lighting storm. the
lightning just lights up the whole screen and the girl has this worried look
on her face.

intro-music: she looks off to the right of the road. the lightning flashes
for a long time, and she sees one of the lakes.

cast the pearls aside: a huge aeroplane crashes into the lake as the
lightning comes again.

come into my life forever:  the girl stops the car suddenly, gets out, and is
staring at the plane. she's been crying, and her face gets really scared
looking.

the crumbled cities stand as known: shot of the girl closing her eyes w/ a
pained look on her face. she's breathing heavily.

of the sights you have been shown: she runs over to the lake, and keeps on
running when she sees that some of the people have come out of the plane. she
runs to the place where they escaped and climbs in.

of the hurt you call your own: she sees many people crying and bleeding while
overhead lights are blinking on and off.

love is suicide chorus: the girl is making her way to the first class and
tries to get people up and out of their seats. she's looking over this man in
a suit. he touches her face and she screams. she knows this man. it is the
one who had to leave her behind.

the empty bodies stand at rest: she leaves the man in his seat because she
can't seem to help him. she goes and helps people out of the plane

casualties of their own flesh: when she gets outside, she shes a group of
many Billy's walking closer to the beat. they're dressed in black.

afflicted by their dispossesion: the girl stares at them, as rain falls
everywhere. the billy's don't notice the rain.

but no bodies ever knew chorus: the girl drops to the field floor and one of
the billy's runs towards her screaming w/ the song. the girl is also
screaming the lyrics. billy helps her up and they run hand in hand back to
the plane.

destroy/despise/distrust/disobey/destroy/distrust/disarm/destroy/despise/disse
ct/deny/destroy/despise/disconnect: the girl and billy step over people and
debris in the aisle. the girl is heading toward the man she left in the
plane, and billy (who was holding her hand as she led him thru the plane) has
disappeared. by the time the girl gets to the man, it's at "deny". you can
tell she doesn't want to let him free. at "disconnect" she disconnects him
seatbelt.

now we drive the night: she and the man make it out of the plane. the girl
lets the man fall to the ground and she's running free in the field during
the lightning and rain, towards the group of billy's in the distance.

you can't help deny forever: she then looks back at the man on the ground,
who hurt her in the past.

the tragedies reside in you: the girl goes over to the man and brushes his
cheek.

the secret sights hide in you: flashback to the plane crashing several times

the lonely nights divide you in two: the girl is suddenly all alone. there is
nothing surrounding her except the field and a few trees surrounding it. the
rain has stopped a little, but the lightning continues.

all my blisters now revealed: the whole band is now playing around the girl
as she's laying on the ground, unconcious.

in the darkness of my dreams: the instruments are all gone, and first billy
gives her flowers, then d'arcy, then james, and finally the drummer (whos
face is whited out during the whole video in which he appears).

in the spaces in between us: billy leans over and gives her a little kiss,
takes her hand, then pulls her up. she awakes.

but no bodies ever knew chorus: the billy's come walking out of the trees and
closer, singing in unision, moving their hands in unision and so on (this is
the layered chorus)

second no bodies ever knew thru ending: the girl is running to the lake and
the plane is gone. she sees billys, d'arcy's and james's faces in the sky and
she reaches up to them. billy in whole is in the center and beckons her to
join them. the girl floats up in the peaceful night sky....
