Blew Away by jamesdarcy@juno.com Before the music starts, you see some children playing in a playground. There's a beautiful little girl with blond hair in pigtails who is the most important. In the background, you see Billy standing far from the children, and he's really blurry and hard to see. There's a road that seperates him from the playground. James can be seen walking along the road until he comes to the playground, then he sits down in a swing and the music starts. During the first few notes, the little girl in the white dress is being chased by all the boys. James is watching her with a proud smile on his face. "Blew, blew away.." As James starts to sing, Billy disappears as well as the playground and all the children except for the girl. She is a couple years older, about 7, and in her bedroom playing with dolls. James sits on her bed, singing and playing his guitar while he watches her play. She doesn't know he's there. Through the window, you can see Billy standing in front of the house across the street. During the first couple of lines, there are alternate shots of James singing, the girl playing, and Kerry Brown drumming somewhere off to the side. "Stay awake, I lie here..." Shows another shot of the girl, now 13, blowing out candles on her birthday cake. Billy is taking pictures but the camera only glances over him. James sits across from her at the table with her parents and plays his guitar while laughing with the family. The girl opens presents and finds a Nirvana CD waiting for her, called "Bleach" "Blew... and if your sad too..." The girl is about 16, driving in a car with her boyfriend and smoking a cigarette. They go to a gas station to get some gas and Billy is the guy at the counter. The girl waits in the car as her boyfriend goes in a robs the store, then comes running out with money and they drive away. James appears next the the pumps, sadly watching the car go away and sniffles. "And I wanna let her know..." Few years later again, the girl as morphed into D'Arcy. She's now 18 and graduating from high school. Billy is the principal. James is in the first row, playing his guitar and singing, with Kerry playing drums on the side. After she recieves her diploma, D'Arcy waves to her parents and goes off with her boyfriend and some other friends. As they drive down the road, James waves and whispers, "Blew... I love you" And it fades out.
