*Intro Music...*
  There is a guy, probablly around 17 in an empty parking lot at night. 
  He is standing next to a pea green chevelle which is parked under a 
  light.  He is pacing back and forth slowly with his hands in his   
  pockets, staring at his feet.  He looks up and sees a girl walking 
  toward him.  She is around the same age and is very pretty with long
  brown or blonde hair.

*By Starlight, I'll kiss you and promise...*
  As they approach each other they look into each others eyes shyly.    
  The girl walks closer, the boy looks up, and they kiss.

*I'll make you feel happy and leave you...*
  An overhead shot of them sitting on the hood of the car in each others 
  arms.  They are looking up at the stars.  They look happy and content.

*And where will we go?  What will we do?  Soon...*
  The girl looks at her watch and starts to leave.  He looks at her as 
  if begging her not to go.  She kisses him and starts to leave.

*And are you just like me...*
  Shows a typical school hallway after class gets out, people at 
  lockers, walking, etc.

*Dead eyes, dead eyes, are you...*
  The girl is walking with her friends, talking, laughing, etc.  She is 
  wearing a cheerleading uniform.  The boy is walking in the opposite 
  direction and they are approaching each other, not walking up to each 
  other though.

*Her eyes, her eyes, were as vacant...*
  She glances at him and quickly looks down and away from his, as if
  avoiding him.

*Dead eyes, dead eyes, are you just like me?*
  The boy stops in the middle of the hallway after they pass and looks 
  back at her walking away.

*And all along, we knew we'd carry on...*
  It shows the girl talking to another guy.  She writes something down 
  on a peice of paper, tears it from her notebook and gives it to him.
  She kissed him and turns to leave.

*music*
  Overall shot of a highschool formal.  There are decorations, balloons, 
  etc.  People dancing to fast music, not slow.

*By starlight, I know you*
  The girl is wearing a black dress, with her hair pulled up and curled.
  She is wearing a corsage pinned to her dress.  She is dancing with the 
  same guy that she gave the peice of peper to.  He is wearing a white 
  tux.  They are surrounded by other people dancing and having a good 
  time, laughing, etc.

*As lovely as a wish granted true. My life has been empty...*
  The girl, her date, and several other people walk by a table where the 
  boy from the beginning of the vid is siting by himself.  They are all
  talking and laughing.  She turns and looks at him as they walk by and 
  as they walk away.

*And does she really know, who I really am...*
  The girl is standing on a stage with 3 other girls in front of 
  everyone.  An announcer opens an envelope and reads something into a
  microphone.  Someone comes in and puts a tiara on the girls head and
  hands her a bouquet of flowers.  Everybody cheers and the girl is very 
  happy and very surprized.

*And are you just like me...*
  Girl is down in the crowd and people around her are hugging her, 
  congratulating her, etc.

*Dead eyes, dead eyes, are you...*
  She sees the guy(from the beginning) standing by himself behind 
  everyone she is talking to.  Her starts to approach her and she kind 
  of looks around at first and then they make eye contact.

*Her eyes, her eyes were as vacant as the seas...*
  She hands her flowers to her date and goes over to the guy, takes him
  by the arm and takes him out to the dance floor.

*dead eyes, dead eyes, are you just like me...*
  The dance very closely and very slowly, while everyone around them 
  just watches.

*end music*
  Shows SP playing on the stage.  The guys are wearing powder blue 
  tuxedos and I don't know what D'arcy is wearing.  It shows Billy 
  singing *And are you just like meeeeeeeeeee (x2)*
  Then at the part where he sings *whoooooooooooo...* it goes back to 
  the couple dancing.  It shows them until just before the very end and 
  then it goes back to SP.
