ok, the video takes place at night, but there's a very bright moon in the
sky.  anyway, the video starts flying through gray clouds and emerges out of
the clouds and slowly comes down to billy who's sitting on a small hill
up against a tree overlooking a lake.  the camera stops about 10 feet in
front of
billy (who's laying against the tree) and he starts to sing, "by starlight 
i'll kiss..."  with the bright moon shimmering in his eyes.  after he says
"i'll make you feel happy", he gets up and starts walking to where the hill
starts to slope down to the lake. while saying "where will we go", just
before
going down the slope, he starts fading away and then reappears on the beach
down
by the lake.  he's walking backwards along the beach with the moon in his
eyes.
as he says, "her eyes are as vacant as the seas", he does a sweeping motion
over
the lake with his hand and continues walking backwards.  when he's singing
"as a wish granted true" a comet shoots through the sky.  he continues
walking
backwards and fades away.  then the whole band appears (all in black) on the
same 
hill as the video started.  they're all playing their guitars (matt's playing
his drums behind them),  they're playing very slow,  billy's just standing
there
strumming and singing very soft.  james is just kinding of walking behind
billy and playing.  d'arcy is just standing there playing bass.  matt's
playing
the drums lightly.  as billy say, "dead eyes, are you just like me" then the
band fades away
and then the videos goes back down to the beach at the shore and shows the
waves hitting up
on the beach with the moon shining on the water.
